Penny Penguin was a bratty little penguin who, even when well intentioned, lacked all common sense. Any interaction with Penny led to a string of “accidents” that were sure to ruin the other person’s day. Being around her more than any others, her parents Chester and Beulah were the chronic victims of her shenanigans.

Penny Penguin was one of several, 7-minute, rotating segments that made up the half-hour program, The Milton the Monster Show. The other segments included Milton the Monster, Fearless Fly, Flukey Luke, Muggy-Doo, and Stuffy Durma.
